Their collective expertise spans Reliability-Centred Maintenance, FMECA, criticality assessment, simulation, asset health modelling, and digital transformation, supported by strong academic foundations and recognised professional qualifications. Founded in the UK in 2006 as a technology spinout from the University of Manchester, ProAIM rapidly developed into a specialist consultancy focused on helping organisations improve reliability, optimise maintenance, and achieve stronger operational performance. Designed for asset-intensive industries, it includes configurable risk matrices with a structured FMECA workflow, and an asset/failure-mode library to accelerate maintenance strategy development. Pro-RCM integrates with SAP, CMMS, EAM, and ERP systems to enable automated data flows and consistent governance, and adds advanced analytics such as Bad Actor Identification, Root Cause Analysis, RAM digital-twin simulation using reliability block diagrams, and Weibull-based regression to reveal failure patterns.
