Discussing the future of asset performance, reliability and AI
ProAIM was pleased to attend the MAINSTREAM UK Summit 2025 in Birmingham, where our CEO, Dr Qiying Yin, and Sales Manager, James Jenkins, represented the company and engaged with delegates from across the maintenance, reliability, and asset management community. The event took place at Millennium Point, Birmingham, on 21 October 2025 and brought together industry professionals for a day of networking, knowledge-sharing, and discussion on the future of asset-intensive operations.
Introducing ProAIM to new contacts and potential partners
During the conference, Dr Yin and James met with a wide range of delegates, introducing ProAIM’s Asset Performance Management (APM) software and discussing how digital tools can help organisations improve reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and asset decision-making. Their conversations covered key themes including asset management, reliability improvement, operational performance, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in supporting better engineering and business outcomes.

The summit programme reflected many of the same themes that are shaping ProAIM’s own direction, including sessions on asset performance management, artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, predictive maintenance, and reliability excellence. This made the event a valuable opportunity not only to showcase ProAIM’s capabilities, but also to exchange ideas with organisations facing similar challenges and transformation goals.
Building relationships for future growth
A key objective of the visit was to explore opportunities for future collaboration and partnership development. The event provided an excellent setting to build relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry peers who share an interest in advancing maintenance and reliability practices through smarter software and more connected ways of working.
For ProAIM, attending the 2025 MAINSTREAM UK Summit was an important step in strengthening our presence in the UK market and continuing conversations around how APM software, reliability expertise, and AI-assisted solutions can create real value for asset-intensive industries.
We now look forward to attending the UK Mainstream 2026 event.
